Rusty Mason stepped down as the head football coach at Faith Academy after the 2015 season. He served as the head coach for four seasons with an overall record of 10-29 without ever reaching the playoffs at Faith. He had also served as the head coach at Excel and Cottage Hill Christian prior to arriving at Faith Academy. | |
Lance Lawley hopes to turn the Rams into winners as the takes over the helm at Faith Academy for the 2016 season. Lawley graduated from Daphne high school in 1993 where he played football before making the baseball team at Troy. He has served as an assistant at McGill-Toolen, Mary Montgomery and Jackson prior to taking his first head coaching job at Faith this year. | |

Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
